Just a hop and a skip from Lake Merritt, Clinton is quickly becoming one of Oakland’s hottest new neighborhoods. Long known by locals as the best East Bay spot for great Pho, it is a quaint and friendly neighborhood located in Oakland’s eastern sun belt. Clinton is not far from some of Oakland’s greatest attractions- the Fox Theater, Children’s Fairyland, Lakeshore Farmers Market and Oakland Museum of California are just a trip around the lake. AC Transit and easy access to Highway 880 makes it easy to commute around the Bay. Neighborhood notables include Luckys, Alchemy Cafe, and Shakewell.
