Adams Point is a scenic Oakland neighborhood near the north shore of Lake Merritt. A series of small streets with sunny, sloping hillsides leads to the vibrant Lakeshore entertainment district- making Adams Point one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town. Lakeshore is a great spot for shopping, brunch and cozy neighborhood bars like the Heart & Dagger Saloon.
A high bikeable area, Adams Point is a short jaunt to Grand Lake Theater, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Grand Lake Farmers Market and Children’s Fairyland. Transit is a cinch from Adams Point with a variety of AC transit buses and easy access to Highway 580.
