As we prepare for this year’s Pride celebration—one of San Francisco’s most exciting community events—we are delighted that many of our residents’ apartments are located just a stone’s throw from the festivities, enabling them to easily join in the events and honor the pride movement. Like every year prior, Mosser is in full support of our LGBTQIA community. This event is one of the many things that makes San Francisco an incredible city to call home. It brings great pride to the community as one of the most prominent dedications of support to those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and asexual.
Some of the luckiest Mosser residents are located at 50 Golden Gate, where classic architecture has been mixed with sleek modern updates, 1751 Market Street, an updated turn of the century building centered in the heart of San Francisco at the border of Hayes Valley, and 146 McAllister St., with pet-friendly studios and 1 bedroom units that are loaded with vintage charm and architectural details in an apartment building listed on San Francisco’s Registry of Historical Sites. These, among other Mosser locations, are within walking distance of the parade route and celebration at the Civic Center.
If you wish to have front row seats for the festivities next year—please check out our selection of Mosser’s downtown and city center properties. These apartment homes are spread throughout the city in great locations, walkable to pride parades and all sorts of other neighborhood amenities, and are backed by great management, and currently, bonus move-in offers.
You’ll never need to say the parade passed you by.
