We understand that with increased media coverage of COVID-19, you may have some questions. As the safety and well-being of our community is our top priority, we want to share with you some immediate steps we have taken.
Mosser Companies is taking precautionary measures.
Our teams are closely following guidelines and protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other local organizations. Here’s what we’re doing.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of common areas.
This includes doorknobs, tables, desks, shared bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, handrails, elevator controls, light switches, and other common areas daily and more frequently as needed.
We are aware that the current situation is putting a strain on some of our residents.
Please contact Resident Relations and/or your Property Manager for any special accommodation needs during this time.
Our teams are using personal protective equipment.
Maintenance repair technicians and janitorial team members that encounter the public will do so with personal protective equipment such as mask, shoe covers, and gloves to ensure safety.
During this time, we encourage our tenants to utilize the online portals for resident service requests 24/7.
