Stepped Up Cleaning Protocols
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of common areas. This includes doorknobs, tables, desks, shared bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, handrails, elevator controls, light switches, and other common areas daily and more frequently as needed.
Lending a Hand for Those who Need More Support
We are aware that the current situation is putting a strain on some of our residents. Please contact Resident Relations and/or your Property Manager for any special accommodation needs during this time.
PPE in Use at All Times
Our teams are using personal protective equipment.
Maintenance repair technicians and janitorial team members that encounter the public will do so with personal protective equipment such as mask and gloves to ensure safety.
Online Portal for Service
During this time, we encourage our residents to utilize the online portals for resident service requests 24/7.
