Every October, the SFAA hosts a gala ceremony where they pay tribute to stand-out individuals and companies within San Francisco’s apartment industry. This year one of the highest honors in rental housing went to Mosser Companies’ Regional Director and General Manager, Vida Emami, who was recognized with a SFAA Trophy Award for Best Property Management General Manager.
On the heels of her first-year anniversary with Mosser, no one is surprised Vida Emami – who delivers exemplary on-the-job performance, has great dedication to residents, and is collaborative and accountable to her team members – was among the stand-out winners of the evening. She goes above and beyond, and her positive influence can be felt throughout different departments in the organization.
Vida consistently shows her strengths by providing excellent customer service. She shares her wealth of knowledge and depth of experience from her years of working with REITs and Property Management companies. Other managers, resident managers, and property services teams rise to Vida’s high standards, which raises our ability to tend to residents’ requests and ensure buildings’ needs are addressed in a timely manner. Her influence is broad and impactful, and she unquestionably deserved this award.
Mosser is pleased to celebrate Jeneva Jentons, Sara Silvey, Theresa Zhen, Jessie Zarasua, Lester Martine and Micah Tell for also being recognized by SFAA for outstanding performance over the past year. It is a reminder that we succeed in our commitment to residents and the community as a team. And we are grateful for our entire Mosser team.
So thank you, Vida and the other nominees for your continuously solid and effective contribution to Mosser’s success. We are so proud to have you on our team. Congratulations!
